The County of Fresno is pleased to announce the launch of GoFRESNO, a new way for Fresno County residents, businesses, and visitors to access County services and information from their mobile devices 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- GoFRESNO enables citizens to report pot holes, graffiti, illegal dumping, etc. from the ease of their mobile device
- GoFRESNO also has features such as Ask your Supervisor, Contact Us, FAQs, Press Releases, etc. to make information more available to our constituents
- GoFRESNO is available for both iOS and Android devices, and can be directly downloaded from mobile phone App Stores
- GoFRESNO will take advantage of mobile devices unique abilities. For example, many phone numbers listed will become a link that can be dialed on the citizen’s phone by selecting it. If an offering has an address, for example Contact Us, the address will become a link that will open the module devices mapping feature, so directions are readily available
